Please note: Special event flowers require extra time and attention. We require a minimum of at least 3 full business days notice for these designs. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 business days in advance. Orders are non-refundable after that point. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate any orders during the following holiday weeks:

Thanksgiving (Monday through Black Friday)

Christmas & New Year's (December 20th through January 2nd)

Valentine's Day (February 12th through February 15th)

Mother's Day (Wednesday through the following Monday)
